Long delays with 5Dimes BTC deposits

I made a couple of deposits to 5Dimes in the past week. The first one took 2 days even though my transaction got 6 confirmations within 2 hours. My second deposit has been processing for 3 days now and the money still hasn't appeared in my account even though it's been confirmed over 100 times.

I tried contacting 5Dimes support but they just said they were experiencing delays with bitcoin deposits. Has anyone else had this problem in the past week? Should I be betting worried.

Did you pay a sufficiently large transaction fee? If you are using an old wallet with a fixed fee that's too small, the transaction will get stuck.

Yes. I wanted the transaction to go through in the next block so I paid a $5 fee and it confirmed immediately. The delay was on the 5Dimes side. The deposit eventually went through to my account after a couple of more days. The horse I was going to bet on won, which makes the delay extra annoying.

Both 5Dimes and Bovada had similar delays a couple of weeks ago, which leads me to believe that they may be using the same payment processor. Thankfully most issues were resolved and deposits are being credited on both sites within minutes/hours again.

No. I've deposited and withdrew for free from 5Dimes. Obviously when you deposit you will have to pay the bitcoin network fee yourself but at the moment that only costs a few cents.

i have a couple of professional gambling buddies who are constantly raving about how great 5dimes is compared to most bookies so i'm surprised to here their btc payouts suck. i will ask them the next time we chat to see if they've had a similar experience.
