Which bitcoin sportsbook has the best customer service?

When it comes to deciding on which sportsbooks I'm going to use, whichever book has the most competitive betting odds and the easiest/cheapest deposit and withdrawal options will usually win out. However, I've read some pretty mixed reviews about the customer service offered by many cryptocurrency gambling sites so I want to factor that into my decision making process too. I'm currently deciding which BTC sportsbook I'm going to use during the upcoming NFL season so I'm interested to hear about your experiences using the customer service of the various crypto bookies?

i think that depends largely on whether you are talking about a bitcoin exclusive sportsbook like cloudbet or a bitcoin-friendly book like bovada. personally when i have a problem i like to make a call rather than wait around for email replies so personally i think the "email only" suppport offered by the cryptocurrency gambling sites is pretty poor. most of these companies are making enough money to install a phone line.

In my opinion, 5dimes have great phone customer support because they have about 10 different numbers you can call. they have separate phone lines for new accounts, sports betting, horse race betting and general customer service etc.

 

I usually get an email reply from Nitrogen Sports within 1-2 hours which I think is pretty good, especially when you compare that to crypto exchanges like Coinbase who take about 2 months to reply.

 

I've used the CloudBet "Live Chat" service a few times and it worked pretty well. I like that you can specify which department you want to talk to, for example you can specify you want to talk to someone in accounts, casinos, sports etc. depending on where you are having the problem.

 

Bodog have pretty good customer service. Their agents are always very helpful if you phone their customer helpline at 1-877-263-6422 . Email response times are very good also.

 

BetOnline are pretty responsive anytime I've contacted them and it appears to be 24 hours because I've never had to wait more than a couple of hours. You can either phone them or they have separate customer support email addresses for poker, casino or general sports betting queries.

Not that I'm aware off. If you want a toll free number then you had better stick to bookies like 5Dimes.

 

i made a bunch of withdrawal requests from betcoin.ag this week and they all got cancelled for some reason and i can't get a straight answer from their customer service on why. this happens a lot and usually the withdrawal goes through eventually but it's frustrating.

 

Personally I've always found Nitrogen Sports customer service to be excellent, I usually get a reply within and hour.

 

nitrogen replied within 30 minutes to a recent query i had. impressive.

 

The CloudBet security team suspended my account because I was using a VPN to access their site from the USA. I know it's my own fault and I can't really blame them but in the email I received, it said that I might have to wait up to 6 months for the investigation to complete. It wasn't a homicide, 6 months seems ridiculous.
