D) they now support tournaments on mobile devices. Despite Bovada poker being available in most US states, Bovada was not available to poker players in New York. They recently lifted this restriction and New York State based real money players are being accepted once again. While one of their representatives confirmed the change, they did not elaborate on why New York poker players are suddenly welcome again. Perhaps they were unable to process NY registered debit and credit cards but now they've found a way to accept deposits. It's also possible that they watched other offshore poker rooms operate in NY without any legal consequences so they've decided to renter the New York market. Yes, I don't think Bovada is restricted in any US states at the moment for sports betting so happy gambling.
It doesn't make any sense to stop sports betting in certain parts of the USA when you have companies like FanDuel and DraftKings operating legally.
