i bet lightning network casinos will have no country restrictions because transactions on lightning have much better privacy so it will be impossible to know where the payments are coming from.

Some bitcoin and stablecoin casinos may choose not to accept players from the United States due to legal and regulatory reasons. In 2006, the United States government passed the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA), which made it illegal for financial institutions to process online gambling related transactions. This law has made it difficult for any type of online casino to operate in the United States and has caused many of them to limit their services or stop accepting American players altogether.

Additionally, each state in the United States has its own laws regarding gambling, and some have stricter regulations than others. This can make it difficult for cryptocurrency casinos to comply with all the different state laws, leading them to exclude players from certain states or the entire country.
