Bovada are one of the biggest U.S. friendly online gambling sites. Their sister site Bodog caters for the Canadian market. Bovada are primary known for their sportsbook but they also have a very popular real money poker room. They've recently started accepting BTC from their customers. WHAT WE LIKE Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals are processed free of charge. Option to use Visa and Mastercard also although they are 5%-7% more expensive. Huge variety of games broken into the following categories: Slots, Blackjack Games, Tables Games (Baccarat, Caribbean Hold'em, Craps, 3 Card Rummy & more), Video Poker, Speciality Games (Bingo, Keno, Sudoku & more). Bovada are a major brand so you know they are not going to disappear with your BTC. Excellent promotions ($3k welcome bonus) plus exclusive BTC offers. Excellent sportsbook and poker software. The casino, sports betting and poker software all work great on iPhone, Android and Windows Phone. WHAT WE DISLIKE There is no anonymous registration. $20 minimum deposit and withdrawal which is quiet high. They only accept U.S. citizens. Casino games are not provably fair. VISIT: WWW.BOVADA.LV
Bovada is also the most popular online poker room for cash players in the USA. For sports betting I prefer 5Dimes but the Bovada sportsbook app works great on an iPhone.
No, unfortunately not. You still have to fill in the same sign-up forms when you create a new account as someone who is depositing dollars.
Yes, all bitcoin deposits are instantly and automatically converted to US dollars at the current market rate so you still qualify for whatever U.S. deposit bonus is being offered.
Please note that real money poker will no longer be available at Bovada from 1st October, 2016. The poker room, its software and all its players are being moved over to Ignition Casino. All casino games will remain at Bovada, including video poker.
I think they're pretty much identical. If you want to be able to place sports bets with bitcoin then we'd recommend signing up with Bovada. If you're more of an online poker fan then Ignition is your best option http://www.bitcoingambling.io/ignition-poker.html
No. Not at the moment. I presume there is some regulatory reason but for now at least you can only join the Ignition Casino and Poker site if you are a resident of the United States of America.
Not at the moment but I'm sure they'll be added soon. If you want to play Live Dealer games we suggest you check out http://www.bitcoingambling.io/fortune-jack.html
For some unknown reason, the government of the United States has a hard-on for online poker and have been trying to wipe out online poker rooms for years. They arrested the directors of sites like Absolute Poker and PokerStars and even the original owner of Seals With Clubs had his door kicked in for running a bitcoin poker room. I still can't figure out why they come down so hard on poker sites but don't seem to have a problem with sportsbooks or casinos. I would have thought that given how much Sheldon Adelson has contributed to the GOP over the past 20 years, that they government would be more focused on shutting down online casinos.
The good news is Ignition Casino uses the same software and has just as large a players base http://www.bitcoingambling.io/ignition-poker.html Ignition Casino & Poker now also welcome Australian real money players.
Bovada Poker has reopened in Latin America and the United States so you can now play bitcoin poker at one of the largest online sportsbooks in the world. At Bovada they run huge tournaments as well as a great range of Hold'em and Omaha ring games.
Any idea why Bovada restrict their poker room to just the US and Latin America? Why not also go after the Russian and Australian poker markets that also restrict their citizens from playing?
I'm sure there are some very complex legal reasons for everything these offshore companies do. These guys have been operating for over a decade without getting shut-down or their directors going to prison so they must be doing something right. Their sister website Ignition Casino welcomes real money poker players and casino gamers from Australia.
